Movement is magic.

It can help us feel great in every way, physically and mentally. Increasing the amount we move is central to feeling healthier and happier. 

 

To allow us to move as best we can the Radiate Fitness coaching process is underpinned by the SNAP Principles. These four elements are the building blocks that I use to help you achieve your goals. Each element is backed by research for improving the health of individuals and in many cases helping towards longevity of life (see the blog for more details).

The snap principles

Strength

Building physical and core strength are fundamental to a high quality of life now, but also putting the building blocks in place for the future too. Mental strength is also critical for our well being and ability to take on daily challenges.

Nourishment

Effective nourishment is everything. It controls our energy levels, can assist in navigating hormonal changes, mood and much more. We can achieve this through a balanced diet, but also nourishing ourselves with the people and things we love and know we need.

​

Air

Getting outside in nature and the fresh air has numerous benefits for our body and mind. Get outside, move in a natural environment, breathe in the air and notice the beauty around us.

Play

As an adult, play can be hard to come by. But there is magic in movement! Replicating the movements we did as a child, playing with our children, exercising with them and ensuring training sessions have an element of fun regains the quality of play and has health and happiness benefits too!
