But this stage of life is not where women fade.

It’s where they have the opportunity to thrive.

Amanda Reidy

I’m Amanda Reidy, Women’s Fitness, Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coach, founder of Radiate Fitness, host of the Happy Thriving Mums Podcast, and a passionate advocate for helping women feel strong, energised and confident through midlife.

I’m also a wife, mum of two energetic children and owner of what I confidently describe as the maddest dog you’ll ever meet!

For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a PE teacher, and I often joke that if I can motivate teenagers to run cross-country in the rain, I can take on anything!

But underneath the humour is something I truly believe:

Women deserve to feel good in themselves.

Not because they need fixing.

Not because they need to “bounce back”.

But because when women feel healthy, strong and confident, everything changes.

Their relationships improve.
Their families benefit.
Their work improves.
Their confidence grows.
Their whole life feels brighter.

Beyond coaching

Alongside supporting women individually, I deliver talks, workshops and corporate wellbeing programmes that help organisations better understand and support women through perimenopause and midlife.

Because supporting women through this stage isn’t just good for women.

It’s good for families, communities and workplaces too.

My mission is simple

To help women realise that they are not fading.

They are evolving.

We only get one life. There will be incredible moments and challenging ones, but how we choose to show up matters.

Every woman has an inner magic, an inner sparkle, waiting to be rediscovered.

My role is to help women reconnect with it, nurture it and create a life that truly lights them up.
