You know that feeling? The one where you’re running on fumes, snapping at the kids, and secretly crossing your legs every time you laugh or cough?

You’re years past the newborn haze, but your body doesn’t feel like yours anymore. You’re watching life from the sidelines—too tired to join the kids running around, too self-conscious to get back into those favourite jeans, and sick of the constant mum guilt telling you that putting yourself first is selfish.

I see you, and I get it.

 

That feeling of hopelessness—that "this is just what happens after kids"—is a myth we're going to bust.

I’m a mum and a wife, and I’ve been there—juggling all the plates and realising I didn't want to just have it all, I wanted to enjoy what I already had. That moment of clarity is what led me to create Radiate Fitness and my signature Reconnect, Rebuild and Thrive programme.

But I’m not just telling you this from a textbook.

 

I've lived it.

 

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor, and a PE teacher.

  • I speak your body’s language: I specialise in helping women rebuild strength at home, not punish themselves with brutal gym sessions.

  • I'm a habit expert: If I can inspire moody teenagers to move and build healthy, sustainable habits, I can absolutely get a busy mum (you!) moving with joy, too.

 

Your Path to Rising Stronger

This isn't about quick fixes, endless dieting, or bouncing back to some pre-baby version of yourself. It’s about stepping into a stronger, brighter, and more energetic version of who you are now.

Through the Reconnect, Rebuild and Thrive Programme, we focus on the four things that matter most to mums:

1. Reclaiming Your Energy and Identity: Finding the time and spark to feel like you again, without the guilt.

2. Functional Strength and Movement: Building strength and energy through simple, fun habits that fit into your busy life (no gym overwhelm required).

3. Core Confidence & Leak-Free Living: Getting your core strong and reliable so you can laugh, jump, and sneeze without fear.

4. Busting Mum Guilt and Resignation: Understanding that prioritising your physical and mental health is the best thing you can do for your family.

Movement is magic. The more we move, the happier, healthier, and better we show up. My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, energised, and confident enough to get off the sidelines and into the game—and yes, maybe even get back into those favourite jeans along the way!

We’re going to trade the exhaustion and mum guilt for real energy, so you can laugh without limits, move with confidence, and feel completely like yourself again.
